The bright, clean stonework of No. 1 contrasts well with the adjacent houses. A number of cars are parked against the railings in front of the gable end. The roofs of Upper Church Street are seen on the right. On the reverse: a note in pencil- '1 Royal Crescent after restoration'. B/W
