Description: A view looking upstream from the reconstructed north riverbank, looking towards the Victoria Suspension Bridge (just visible in the distance). The gable end of Onega Terrace stands in bright sunlight as do the gable ends of other industrial buildings. The rear facade of the Workhouse ( Sterling House currently)is seen on the left and the adjacent Air Training Corps, City of Bath building (now Army Reserve Centre). In the foreground is scrubland adjacent to the towpath , awaiting development. Reverse: Pencil note '6' in a circle. B/W
