Description: A view from the steps at the south end of Gravel Walk of the two sedan chair attendants' lodges in their restored state. The connecting wall has been amended and now has a strong sweeping-shaped form. The boundary wall between the lodges has been moved to the back corners. On the right is a large garage structure with a tall parapet wall including two semi-circular scooped copings. A large lantern light to the garage is seen above ridge level. Over the roofs of the lodges, the east side of Queen Square's upper floors is visible. B/W
