Description
An architectural photograph taken in late afternoon of the two sedan chair attendants' lodges after restoration. The wall connecting the two lodges has been replaced by a sweeping ramped wall on either side of the access way to the car park beyond. In the background is the western end of the north side terrace of Queen Square. On the right is the entrance to a garage building, which has a tall parapet wall with two semi-circular scoops in the coping.On the reverse: Note in black ink at top: 'Sedan Chair Houses, Bath.View 2 After restoration'.
