Description: A similar viewpoint to BC/23/1/P7/1 of the cobbled approach ramp to the start of Nos 1-4 Prior Park Buildings but taken at an earlier time when the retaining wall was in a poor state of repair with a section of collapse (possibly caused by tree roots which were later removed) and with railings all along its top. Reverse Pencil note '16A' within a circle and a stamp in black ink of the City Architect H.E.Stutchbury, with his qualifications and address. B/W
