Description
A view from Grand Parade very close to the west end of Pulteney Bridge overlooking the coffer dam structure around the middle and eastern arches of the bridge. Generators and other construction equipment sit on an artificial beach on the east side of the river. The space occupied by the future connection of Argyle Street to the riverside is contained by a tall wall and overflowing greenery in gardens. Reverse: Note in red biro '1970/71.' Colour
