Description
A view looking north east from Summerlays Place towards the Victorian 2-storey terrace of 1-6 Pulteney Road. On the right is the junction with Lime Grove. A lone female pedestrian walks towards that junction. The single span railway arch, since replaced, is in the distance on the left. The gable wall of No. 1 to Lime Grove is covered by 6 bill posters rented from F.Moody and Co. Ltd. 2 on the top level advertise 'Coal for Winter' and 'Craven Plain', the two below are 'Exide car and radio batterereis' and a warning to 'Take care of your tyres!'. Reverse: Stamp in faint purple ink 'A.G.Bolwell. 8 George Street Bath.' B/W
