Description: A view of the east side of Orange Grove with the entrance kiosk to Parade Gardens in the centre, taken from the south side of the Empire Hotel- the glass canopy of which is seen on the left. A lantern with a faded 'Police' sign, is bracketted off the facade of the Old Police Station. Cars are parked at 90 degrees to the pavement. Many road signs indicate 'No Entry' to Grand Parade. On the reverse: a pencil note-' 35'. B/W
