Description: A photograph showing a view of the second and attic floors of 'The Grosvenor' hotel, 8/9 North Parade. This view includes the gold-coloured signage for the hotel mounted between the first and second floor windows. The first and second floor windows have plain double-hung sashes and chamfered architraves. The attic mansard roof is covered with asbestos cement slates. Adjacent roofs are of natural slate. The chimney stack on the left has a multitude of pots of varying shapes and sizes, while the stack central in the photograph has no pots and, presumably, has been capped-off. A male figure looks out of the right hand attic window. On the reverse: a note in black biro- '17'. Colour
