Description: A photograph showing a close up view of a five flue chimney built in bath stone, the lower part of which, below a much-eroded string course, there is heavy repair with cement mortar. The flue on the right hand side has lost both its pot and part of the stone course below. At the other end, the flue is missing its pot and generally, the flaunching is in bad state. It appears that whilst the roof coverings are in good condition including the ridge, there appears to be an absence of leadwork at the junction of the chimneystack. Reverse: blue biro note: at top: '49 New King Street,' and at the bottom, '2nd March 1981.' B/W
