Description: Interior view of the banking hall of No 30 Milsom Street taken from the public side looing into the office area. The office extends into a backroom separated by the highly decorated glazed screen. The approach to the back office is through a semi elliptical arch. The counter is of a robust construction in hardwood. Plasterwork above the picture rail seen on the right is typical of the late Georgian era. Reverse: Note in pencil 'Leek & Morlands [sic] Building Society 30 Milsom Street c1963' '019726' replacing another number crossed out '019436'.
