Description: Photograph shows a three-quarters view of the former Fortt, Hatt and Billings Depository as seen from the Snow Hill flats on the north side of London Road. The rubble stone flank wall forms the boundary to Sutcliffe House and its car park. The imposing gateway entrance to Sutcliffe House carries an iron sign advertising 'Walpamur Co. Ltd'. A woman with a pushchair is seen crossing in front. On the front is a caption in black ink: 'York Place, London Road'. On the reverse: a pencil note- '18'. B&W
