Description: Photograph shows a view of the GWR retaining wall and road exit tunnel (Connection Road) from Twerton High Street/How Hill. The pedestrian exit tunnel is further east down the road opposite the car travelling away on the left hand side. A label is stuck on the bottom of the photograph reading: 'Lower Bristol Road/Western Region Viaduct- The main road & rail communication between Bath and Bristol which physically and visually sever the area hence forming a boundary'. On the reverse: a pecil note- 3 in a circle. B/W
