Description: An interior view of the single storey repair workshop of the W & T Avery Ltd. premises fronting Kingston Road. The construction is painted fairface brickwork with exposed steel roof trusses, patent glazing rooflighting either side of the ridge and the plain underside of corrugated sheeting. The floor appears to be concrete. In the center of the room is a pot-bellied stove with a flue rising to the ridge. Various metal working machines and benches are arranged around the perimeter with a variety of weighing machines awaiting attention on the right.
