Description: Photograph from the Survey Committee Press Cuttings dated 25 March 1931. The caption describes the scene: "BATH'S MUNICIPAL FLATS are now being constructed in Dog Lane. [Dog Lane was the space behind Kingsmead Terrace to the West.] The flats will form 3 sides of the quadrangle, the front being open to the river. On the east side is Kingsmead Terrace (shown in the picture) and on the west, Green Park." The terrace was termed "slums" and was demolished in 1932. B&W
