Description
A view northwest from Green Park Road of the Kingsmead Flats complex with Kingsmead West on the left and Kingsmead East on the right.(Kingsmead North connects the two but is unseen.) Generally the flats are of four storeys with balcony access off common staircases. The elevation of Kingsmead West explains the roof structure: the fourth storey is a mansard with dormer windows. B&W
