Description: A view of the facades of Nos 15-17 Kensington Place (Palmer, c 1795.). No 16 has a three bay pediment and ground floor rustication. The doorcase includes signage ' Kensington House School.' The first floor has a Regency -canopied balcony with French windows. The upper floor and all of the neighbouring properties are still blackened by pollution. The first floor stonework of No 16 appears to be painted. The houses on either side: Nos 15 and 17 have pedimented doorcases. Reverse: Note in black biro '16 Kensington Place, Verandah, March 1972.' B&W
