Description
An architectural photograph of the entrance area of the Malt House showing the manner of conversion to an architectural office. The Queen post roof structure has been stained black to emphasise its strength whilst the joinery forming rooms and dividing space have been made in self-finished softwood. Ceilings are plastered and partitions below the main trusses are finished in hessian panels. The flooring of is of hard wearing sisal carpeting. Services such as electrics are surface-mounted in conduit. There is a typewriter.
