Description
A view of Top Lock on the Kennet & Avon Canal, looking north from the pedestrian footbridge from Sydney Buildings to the west bank. On the right are the former industrial buildings at No 23 and 25 Sydney Buildings. No 25 has the distinctive Maltings chimney standing above the canalside trees. In the distance on the left are the backs of the Georgian Terrace on St George's Place on Bathwick Hill. The lock gates in the foreground are clogged with weed. B&W
