Description: View of the southern end of Norfolk Crescent towards the river and towpath viewed through a chain link fence supported on concrete posts. A section of cast iron railings acts as an ad hoc gate to the open space. On the bottom of the photo is an attached strip with a typed note: PRESENT MEANS OF DEFINING BOUNDARY BETWEEN TOWPATH AND OPEN SPACE OFFERING NO MEANS OF ACCESS". On the reverse a note in pencil: "Present means of defining boundary between towpath and open space offering no means of access" and an "A" circled. B&W
