Description: View of the recently completed social housing flats known as Knightstone Place at No 45 bwtween the Crown and Anchor public house on the left and Brookside House on the right. To the left of Knightstone Place is Cottle's Alley which fronted a terrace of cottages (demolished in1965) at Nos 45-55 High Street. On the right, Brookside House has been extended in rubblestone to provide 3 more flats. Reverse: Pencil notes, cropping instructions :' Reduce to 4½" width' '2' in a circle and 'Knightstone Place.' Note in black biro at right hand corner '7737/IL4T' B&W
