Description: Photograph of the upper part of the east elevation of the Guildhall viewed from Boat Stall Lane. The remainder of the Guildhall elevation is obscured by a rather dour extension building of the market, since demolished. The current market ends with a single storey angled extension of the market which includes a pair of small windows separated by a stone mullion. The entire rear elevation of the Guildhall was then revealed. B&W
