Description
A photograph of the shop premises of William Dimond-Hogg on the north side of The Hollow at its junction with Lymore Avenue. The awning over the shop window carries the words 'Tobacconists, Wilwin Stores, Confect...' the rest of the word erased. This property was known as 'Wilwin Stores' since 1939. Freestanding signs on the wide pavement advertise Players No. 6 cigarettes and Coca Cola. On the right is is a glimpse view of West Twerton Secondary Modern School for Girls- since demolished. On the reverse a note in black biro: '1, The Hollow, Bath'. B&W
