An interior view of the train shed structure (designed by J. S. Crossley, Chief Engineer of the Midland Railway) of cast and wrought iron arches carrying a glazed roof. The arch spandrel, also glazed, is carried on a wrought iron lattice beam spanning between the springing point of the arch. B&W
