A photograph of the west wing of the Kingsmead Flats, a 1930s estate of council flats developed off Green Park Road. It appears in a poor state with a broken pedestrian barrie in the foreground. The estate was completely refurbished by Feilden Clegg Design in 1992. On the reverse: a tick in pencil at the top left corner. B&W
