The view is dominated by roofscape and masses of chimneypots. The bulk of the back of Cumberland house on Norfolk Crescent crosses the view on the left. Above its roof are the chimney stacks of the gasworks. The trees of the Royal Victoria Park rise through the ha]ze on the other side of Marlborough Lane, climbing to the right. B&W
