Description: A photograph of the ground floor facade of No. 74 Great Pulteney Street on the south side before stone cleaning and restoration. The first floor string course is badly eroded. The railings around the area and bridge approach to the front door are complete with the original overthrow. The house is divided into 4 flats with bell pushes on the left hand side reveal of the front door. On the left, scaffolding can be seen on the adjacent house.
