Description
A view looking west from the A363 Bradford Road, Bathford over the Avon Valley towards the eastern suburbs of Bath. The GWR line to Salisbury and Portsmouth curves around an industrial estate in the centre of the photograph and a southbound steam service passes on the right. Further to the right a collection of buildings at Bathampton Farm. In the foreground on the right is a haystack thatched in the 19th century style and above that, the flat top of Little Solsbury Hill to the north west. B&W
