Description
An aerial view looking generally west over Laura Place; Henrietta Street; Pulteney Bridge and the River Avon leading from there to Northgate Street and its continuation into Walcot Street, the east side of which is used as a car park (The former Cattle Market.) Grove Street has a distinctive industrial roof pattern, directed towards the river. The back of The Old Gaol is seen on the right terminating the long terrace from Argyle Street. The aeroplane wing is seen at the bottom right corner. Reverse: Note in pencil ' From Mr Fisher - City of Bath.' B&W
