Description: Photograph of the south end of Gay Street Nos 41 on the corner, 40 and 39, Renzo Osteria restaurant. Gay Street turns into Old King Street with No 41 as the hinge, designed by John Wood the Elder and built in 1734-36. The string course above the ground floor windows on the semi-circular corner of 41 carries the name "IAS (Life and Mortgage Brokers Ltd)". On the reverse a note in pencil: "41". B&W
