Description
A photograph of a two-storey detached cottage, possibly dating from the 19th century, in the course of radical reconstruction. The roof has been removed and salvaged ridge tiles are piled on the scaffolding. A young girl is standing beside the low rubble stone wall to the adjacent pavement. The cottage stands in front of a semi-detatched house, probably from the 1930s/40s. On the reverse: notes in black biro- '27 Frome Road, Bath' and 5th June 1978. B&W
