Description
A photograph of a building site hoarding at the south end of Westgate Buildings at its junction with James Street West, comprising panelled doors The hoarding extends over the pavement and has a temporary roof. Posters on the road side of this include 'Revelation Rockers', 'Gorillas at Longleat', ' Sectatone Live Reggae', 'Aswad', 'Elvis Costello & the Attractions'. The site hoarding also mounts a contctors sign- 'Biggs' and a professional signboard for 'Norman Drake, Quantity Surveyor'. On the reverse: notes in blue biro- '20th November 1978' and 14, Westgate Buildings' B&W
