Houses along Lyncombe Vale Road are seen through the trees on the left. Typed paper label stuck on bottom of photograph reads '12. From Alexandra Park showing existing development at Perrymead and propsed site.' On reverse; Stamped number in black ink and pencil '3 2751/11' and pencil notes 'X' and '12' in top left corner.. B&W
