Description: A view from the south bank of the River Avon looking east towards the South Western Electricity Board offices on the corner with Broad Quay and the industrial buildings of the electric light station, Bath's first power station. In the foreground is the single-span pedestrian bridge opened in the mid-1960s. Above and beyond it is the Skew Railway Bridge, originally by Brunel but rebuilt in steel in 1878. On the reverse: a note in blue biro- '199/29'. B&W
