Description: View of the top west end of Chatham Row showing No 14, the shop, 13a and 13b, still under restoration with scaffolding. No 14 has a Venetian window at first floor level and a 3 bay window with architraves at 2nd floor level. The first and second floor windows of the other two houses have plain chamfered windows. A contractor's board - "Mannings Building Contractors" hangs above the string course at first floor level of No 13a. The scaffolding on No 13 has an advertising board for SGB. A mini is parked outside 13a (Reg No: YAE 868V). The female driver approaches it. On the reverse notes in blue biro: 'Chatham Row' and 'October 1980'. B&W
