Description: A view of the southern end of Charles Street from outside the Salvation Army Hall looking north east towards its junction with Monmouth Street. Beyond are the backs of the west side buildings of Queen Square. The recently completed Crown Building on the right at the junction of James Street West dominates the late Georgian terraces opposite Traffice emerges from James Street West heading over the junction towards Green Park Station. On the reverse: a note in pencil- '189/32'. B&W
