Description
A view of the construction site of the new Telephone Exchange from the Rosewell Court flats looking north west. In the foreground is a tower crane amidst a group of nine columns, some under construction and others still wrapped in curing polythene. Beyond is a direct view along New King Street with nos. 22 Charles Street on its south side and nos. 24-26 Charles Street on its north side.
