Description
A view of the construction of the new Telephone Exchange building on the east side of Charles Street from the east end of New King Street. The central tower crane is delivering a hopper of concrete to shuttering on the left, while the view of the west facing block of Rosewell Court is soon to be blocked by the increasing bulk and footprint of the Telephone Exchange.
