Description: A studio image of an architectural model of a proposed scheme for Cavendish Lodge, the building centre bottom of the photograph. (one of ten plannng applications for this sensitive site). The other major existing buildings in this view are: at the top, Somerset Place and Lansdown Crescent on the right, and Cavendish Crescent centre left. The architects Towning Hill & Partners are credited on the right hand corner, although the final execution of Cavendish Lodge was achieved by William Bertram & Fell in 1996. On the reverse: a stamp in black ink- 'Photograph by Derek Balmer, 13 Westbury Park, Durdham Down, Bristol 6, Telephone: 39788'. B&W
