Description
A photograph of the south-west entrance façade of Manor House, located at the north end of the Royal United Hospital site with an access from Weston Lane. While the main body of the building still exists, the Greek Doric portico and steps do not. The portico has four fluted columns standing on a one metre high rusticated stone base with a flight of steps at either end. Two semi-circular grilled openings are cut into the podium stonework. at the left hand side of the facade there appears to be a derelict conservatory. On the reverse: a note in pencil -'Weston Lane, Manor House, 21/5/68'. B&W
