Description: A photograph of the full facades of Nos. 14 and 15 in the northern segment of the Circus- no. 14 clearly awaits restoration while its neighbours have undergone restoration. No. 14 has lost its parapet exposing the attic dormer windows. Cars are parked (Austin 1100 and Triumph Herald) at the nearside kerb and an adjacent sign indicating restrictions. On the reverse: a note in blue felt tip- 'The Circus, Bath' and the faded black stamp of 'H E Stutchbury, City architect and Planning Officer, Abbey Chambers, Bath'. B&W
