A view from the bend at the bottom of Wells Road (under construction following the completion of Churchill Bridge and associated roadworks), looking south-west at Beechen Cliff. The foreground the generally three-storey terraces above the new retaining wall are the surviving buildings of Trafalgar Place, soon to be demolished. On the reverse: note in black ink- '28/13, Jan 64' and a note in pencil '13'. B&W
