Description: Photograph of the car parking area to the left of No 10. A tall hedge is seen above the former railings plinth extending from the boundary wall gatepost from No 8 towards No 10. Beyond the car park boundary wall are the red brick houses of Powlett Road with the distant views of Fairfield Park. On the skyline is the Fairfield Park Health Centre. The hotel on the right is still believed to be the Avon Hotel and an advertisement in the window on the right advertises accommodation for £4.00 a night including colour TV and parking. Two small trees still grow in the car park. On the reverse are notes in black biro: '9/10 Bathwick St. Bath. 994/1. 7 January 1982' B&W
