Description
A photograph taken from the junction of Henrietta Road with Bathwick Street, looking north towards Pinch's Folly on the left. The four storey terrace of Rochfort Place, nos. 4,3, and 2 is in the centre and no. 1, at a lower level, abuts the three-storey Bathwick House on the right. Bathwick House is probably the only survivor of the original Bathwick village, now lost. Beyond the Folly is a white building, part of the Ambulance Station and the wooded hillside above Camden Road is in the distance. 2 ladies with a pram and a pushchair walk past Pinch's Folly and a male pedestrian stands outside Rochfort House. On the reverse: a note in blue biro- '17'. B&W
