Description: Part of a joined panorama of the development site on Bathwick Hill. A view of a development site off south-west side of Bathwick Hill, behind the present bungalow 'St. Patrick'. A thick black pencil line represents the bulk of the proposed flats indicated by the Letraset letters 'J', 'K', 'L' and 'M'. There is a note in red biro adjacent to the letter 'L' saying '50 feet high +-'. The gable wall of the terrace of Nos. 1-5 Sion Place is on the right. The photograph is taken from a high level viewpoint on Darlington Place. On the reverse is a typed note: "The City Planning Officer and Architect &. (probably 8) North Parade Buildings Bath. View of the proposed building site for the St Patrick flats facing Bathwick Hill from No 1 Darlington (sic) place showing the houses on the other side of Bathwick Hill opposite the proposed flats. Bath April 14th 1964. Enclosure to letter by the residents surrounding the proposed building site. Also a Letraset italic '1'. B&W
