Description: Photograph showing the view down Bartlett Street, looking south towards George Street. A balustrade down the centre of the steep section leading up to Alfred Street returns along St Andrews Terrace to the right beyond a pillar box. A decorative sign advertising "Antique Centre" spans across the street. The bracket for a sign hangs off the façade of the former Evans and Owen store on the right. The shops and business premises on the left include an Antiques shop and The Golden Era Antiques. Scaffolding has been erected on the gable wall and rear of No 9 Edgar Buildings fronting George Street. On the reverse notes in black biro: "Bartlett Street" and "June 1978". B&W
