Description: A view looking westwards of Bennett Street from the north west corner of the Assembly Rooms. The junction with Russell Street is on the left. The north side of Bennett Street includes No. 18 Russell Street and round the corner Nos 15 - 24 Bennett Street, about half of which have been cleaned and restored. In the distance is the terrace of Belmont on Lansdown Road, standing above the raised pavement. A group of pedestrians walks away in the deep shadow of the Assembly Rooms. The street appears full of parked cars with those outside the Assembly Rooms being parked at 90°. B&W
