The tree has evidently suffered considerable rot from its base up to about 2 metres in height. A fallen limb is seen on the right. The thin and unkempt hedge line to London Road, minus the original railings is seen beyond the tree. In the background are Nos. 32 on the left to 26 on the right. B&W
