Description: View along the road fronting Beaufort East looking west towards the terrace of Beaufort West in the background after restoration of the landscaping. Notably the former railing plinths are seen clearly now but the hedge has been cut down to approximately a metre in height. The lawn has been mown and new tree planting is evident around the corkscrew ash. There is a car (Fiat) parked on the kerbside. On the reverse is a note in blue ink: 'Beaufort East lawn Bath. (AFTER) D and in pencil in the top right hand corner '34'. B&W
