Description: View east from the corner of London Road and St Saviour's Way looking towards the terrace of Lambridge on the other side of Beaufort Place. A gas control station is seen on the left, no longer there. A truncated gas lamp column is on the edge of the pavement behind the kerb - this was removed sometime after 1994. A large road sign straddling the pavement directs traffic to either Chippenham on the A4, Stroud on the A46 and the motorway (M4). On the reverse a note in blue ink: 'Beaufort East lawn Bath' and in black ink (AFTER) B and in pencil in the top right hand corner '34'. B&W
